And I believe the ones who work in legal brothels in Nevada do undergo mandatory STD exams as required (and you're correct, they do charge a hell of a lot more). But for all others ranging from budget-fuck streetwalkers to AAMP girls and everyone in between, it's pretty much up to them to get checked. Your average hoe probably won't be getting checked unless she's got some symptoms that need checking out.
