I believe the pick up service works by the counter are shun tak contacting the spa at macau in advance on how many punters will be arriving where and when (as they can get a rough estimate on numbers via coupon sales)
There were a few times in the past when the driver picking you up will be waiting by the minibuses, normally where the casino buses are parked.
Generally if you want to be 100% sure just ask the guy at shun tak when you get the coupon, they know how things go alot better.
