What is happening in Macau?

Is the sauna scene all dieing? I saw a video on yt, and it looked quite grim. Remember 150 girls at 18 sauna ten years ago. Now I only saw about 20... and Rio is down too?

Is there any alternatives to Macau saunas with simillair setups elsewhere? In HK, Taiwan or Mainland?

I think not dead, but much more expensive than before. Must be some supply and demand issue. Also, those ferry ticket package places in the Shun Tak terminal are gone!

I can second this. Macau is very very expensive now. Table minimums for gambling have gone up where the minimum for blackjack is 2k per hand unless you are playing at one of the crappy old casinos. Saunas are now charging over 4k per session, and lineups are much smaller and lower quality than before.

I've written off Macau completely and just go to Manila now to gamble. The flight is cheap, table minimums are low so its easier to get a room comped, and theres plenty of nightlife options. I'll reconsider Macau later if prices normalize but it doesn't seem like that is going to happen anytime soon. Even with the high prices, they have plenty of customers.

I enhoyed Macau a great deal between 2011-2013 and 18/Emperor/Sanado/East Spa will always be in my mind. Those were the days even if some claim it was even better before 2008...

4000 is just a big no go. And the shun tak discounts used to be a must buy.

I tried Dongguan and CP once too. Mid 2011 I think. Just a month or so before a big crackdown there, but I didn't find much good luck. Macau simply had better girls back then.

Was hoping now that Macau seems dead that it has moved to other places where it could be cheaper. Maybe in the provincial capitals of where the hottest girls are from?

Like Chengdu, Changsha, Guiyang, Chongqing etc? Or perhaps Shenzhen?

I can prove that I spent a high price in Macau and received mediocre service.
For example, in the AV themed room of the East Castle SPA, those ladies are all new faces and they don't know anything.

Is there ANY 141-style walkup in Macau? Or is everything in Spas/saunas/escorts? Not interested in the latter but if there were any walkups I'd give it a go even it it was shit so I could at least get another SAR in the books.

I have one question, guys. Do the sauna girls allow DFK now? In the past, it's a no no. With Macau being down from its glory days, they would do better to improve service level.
